Each staff member at Nga Tawa is committed to providing excellent educational opportunities in every dimension of school life. As a full boarding school, Nga Tawa has a 24 hour opportunity to encourage, develop and support its students. The staff is a highly professional and supportive group who meet as a group every term, to celebrate staff successes and pass on the High Flyers Award. All staff are well supported by both Boards in their professional development and there is a culture of life long learning as the school.
