At Nga Tawa we believe that good habits will serve our students for a lifetime. The school has long aspired to develop successful citizens and has been rewarded with many of our ex-students taking up key leadership roles in New Zealand society and beyond.
From 2009 the aspiration for our graduates has been extended to 'develop leading global citizens'. We will now explicitly prepare our girls to compete successfully beyond New Zealand, thereby acknowledging globalisation and the integration of labour markets across countries and regions.
We are tremendously proud of our 'Old Girls'. Each year we welcome many back for visits, grateful for the support they offer to our current students. The diversity of success enjoyed by our ex-students can be seen below - the date given after each individual's name indicates their school years spent at Nga Tawa.
