Rose is a driven sports woman who has competed in badminton, table tennis, athletics, and equestrian to a national level. With a passion for human performance, she went on to complete a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Massey University where she was able to better understand the kinesiology and biomechanics of performance. With this, she went on to complete her Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning so she could utilise this degree to provide and teach the knowledge she had gained. Through her degree she has been able to work with world leading coaches and technology to help her fully understand the adaptations of the human body.
